The effects are cumulative. A course of treatments can be from 6-10 sessions is required, each person is individually assessed, taking into account factors such as skin condition, overall health and lifestyle, before a treatment plan is drawn up. The normal length of a session is 1 hour. After the intensive sessions, a monthly or every 6 weeks treatments is all that is required to maintain the benefits, depending on the lifestyle.



As a bonus, clients are also taught facial exercise and self-massage at home to improved blood flow in the face and to maintain their appearance.
